How this website
handles information.
This notice describes the website and its enquiry form. It is separate from the data-handling arrangements agreed for a client’s private AI installation.
Last updated: 21 October 2026.
Who to contact
Sane Compute operates this website. For questions about an enquiry or personal information, contact [email protected].
Enquiry information
The form collects your name, work email, organisation, expected number of AI users, main need and message. We use this information to assess and respond to your request and, if relevant, discuss a possible project. Do not submit confidential client records, special-category personal data or document attachments.
Submitted enquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database accessible through the authorised Sane Compute account. They are not publicly listed, sent to an AI model or used to train one. We do not enrol you in marketing messages through this form.
Hosting and spam prevention
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, as part of delivering the service. The enquiry endpoint uses a hidden spam field, input validation and submission limits. A hash derived from the request IP address and the current day is used for short-lived rate limiting; the form database does not store the raw IP address. Rate-limit entries expire after 24 hours and are removed on subsequent form requests.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not load Google Analytics or set advertising cookies. Fonts are served from this site. The homepage photograph loads from Unsplash, which receives technical request information such as your IP address. Cloudflare may process operational and security information and provide aggregate site measurements through the hosting service.
Access and retention
Enquiries are kept for handling the request and any resulting business discussion. Contact us to ask for access, correction or deletion. Retention may depend on an ongoing relationship or applicable record-keeping obligations. An agreed client project has its own contractual data-handling arrangements.
External services
The LinkedIn link opens a separate service with its own privacy policy. Email enquiries are handled through the email services used by you and Sane Compute. Cloudflare’s processing is described in its privacy policy.
