Before we start

Equipment, installation and maintenance are quoted separately.

Can everyone use it at once?

We size and test the system for the work your team will do. Ten accounts do not automatically mean ten demanding tasks can run at the same time.

Can we add all our documents?

We start with an agreed set. For a larger archive, we check file quality, scanned pages and access rules before quoting the extra work.

Can we use it outside the office?

The usual setup works on your internal network. If you need remote access, we plan that with you separately.
